Product Operations Lead | Westfield Montgomery Mall Lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company. The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, inventory management, and ensuring a world‑class guest experience. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs. Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing). Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift atmosphere. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability. Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, providing recommendations to store leadership. Participate in the store’s hiring process: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. Address team member performance, provide feedback, coaching, and recognition. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment. Serve as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, leading from the floor to provide technical product education and a world‑class guest experience. Job Requirements Legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Minimum 1 year of work experience. Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or logistics, and using business technology. Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (nice to have). Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations (nice to have). For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification (nice to have). Schedule / Availability Work schedule may vary: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays. Special events or peak times may require early mornings or late nights/overnight shifts. Work Context Moves through the store, sometimes in front of the house with bright lights and loud music, sometimes in back of the house with limited natural light. Accomplished as part of a team, independently, and using computers or other technical devices. May involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs or using ladders. For experiential stores with food/b beverage service only: may involve industrial kitchen equipment and heat exposure. Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay: $24.00 – $27.61 per hour (subject to minimum wage). Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 – $29.61 per hour.
