Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Construction Laborers for a long-term opportunity in Clarksville, TN. Earn $18-$20 per hour based on experience while building a career in the construction and low-voltage industry.


Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician work across a variety of commercial and industrial job sites, including data centers, schools, hospitals, office buildings, retail locations, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. Every project offers hands-on experience and opportunities to develop valuable trade skills.


Job Type: Full-Time


Responsibilities:

• Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
• Work closely with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to assist where needed
• Follow all site safety procedures and properly utilize PPE
• Learn and assist with low-voltage cabling tasks such as pulling cable, labeling, and staging materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Take direction and training to develop technical skills and industry knowledge

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Interest in building a long-term career in construction or low-voltage trades
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
