Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical Value Creation Business Partner for a 9-month contract engagement. In this individual contributor role, you will operate remotely within US EST/CT working hours to drive financial planning, business case development, and cross-functional performance management. You will work closely with matrixed leadership to support transformation initiatives and ensure high accountability without needing direct organizational authority.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute robust business cases, financial models, and strategic planning framework initiatives.

Drive performance management processes and establish clear financial tracking for key programs.

Influence, align, and maintain strong accountability across cross-functional matrixed teams without direct line authority.

Support key enterprise programs, including large-scale business transformation, integration, restructuring, or targeted value creation projects.

Synthesize analytical insights and deliver strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
-
7-12 years of core experience in Finance, Strategy, Transformation, FP&A, Consulting, Corporate Development, or Integration Management.

Strong financial acumen paired with proven experience in business case development, performance management, and strategic financial planning.

Demonstrated capability to influence cross-functional matrixed teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Strong analytical expertise, effective stakeholder management capabilities, and communication skills.

Proven track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.

Industry experience in Consumer Goods and/or Manufacturing.

Direct experience supporting large-scale transformation, corporate integration, or restructuring programs.
