Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to structure and optimize logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
• Establish and implement standardized procedures, controls, and best practices across warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
• Manage the department budget and ensure achievement of spare parts sales objectives.
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, and inventory management processes.
• Drive initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Manager or Logistics Supervisor.
• Experience managing 3PL and 4PL logistics operations.
• Strong background in inventory management, distribution, and warehouse operations.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with production and plant operations.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including regular interaction with production teams and presence on the shop floor, including welding operations areas.
