Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Greenville, SC 29607

Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 30 hours per week

Typical Hours: Around 9:00 AM-3:00 PM (6 hours/day), with some flexibility

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support order processing, customer service, shipping coordination, and general administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

Process customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
Prepare shipment documentation and arrange domestic shipments.
Track shipments and maintain accurate records.

Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Provide order status updates and shipping information.
Monitor open orders and follow up on delays or issues.
Prepare quotations and assist with invoice-related inquiries.

Administrative Support

Answer and direct phone calls.
Welcome visitors and manage incoming mail and packages.
Maintain customer and vendor records.
Assist with travel arrangements, office supplies, and general office administration.
Support special projects and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Travel

Occasional local day travel within South Carolina and North Carolina (approximately 6-12 times per year).
No overnight or international travel required.

Benefits
