Job Type: Contract
Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead the architectural design and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions - specifically Sales Enterprise Edition and possible future Supply Chain Management.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability.
- Provide strategic guidance on Dynamics 365 implementation, system upgrades, and migrations.
Integration & Data Management:
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Experience with MuleSoft is a plus for integration opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity, migration, and synchronization across various platforms.
- Develop data models and establish data governance practices.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead a team of developers, analysts, and consultants in delivering Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and releases in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and project timelines.
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Finance & Operations, etc.).
- Experience with customization, configuration, and development on the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Experience in cloud-based deployments and integrations, particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) and Azure services.
Development Skills:
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 development using C#,.NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, Plugins, Workflows, and custom reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and SSIS for reporting and integration purposes.
- Experience with integrations to Dynamics 365 - IRM preferred tooling is MuleSoft
Experience:
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, architecture, and design.
- Experience leading and managing large-scale Dynamics 365 projects.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert (or relevant certifications).
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (preferred).
