Job Description

• Develop and improve machining and assembly processes
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Mentor junior engineers
• Support capital projects and equipment selection
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards

The Successful Applicant

• BS in Engineering required
• 5-10 years manufacturing engineering experience
• Aerospace or precision machining background preferred
• Knowledge of GD&T and process validation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
