Compensation: $90,000 Base + $10,000 Target Bonus + Overtime Eligibility

We are partnering with a leading proprietary trading firm in New York City that is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its growing Talent Acquisition team. The Recruitment Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting experienced hire recruiting across multiple business lines, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview scheduling and logistics for experienced hire candidates across multiple teams and business functions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and ensuring a positive, professional candidate experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate an efficient recruiting process.
• Support candidate pipeline management, requisition tracking, and recruiting reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with recruiting metrics, data management, and reporting to support hiring decisions.
• Coordinate offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding transitions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes, improve workflows, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished approach to candidate and stakeholder interactions.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting recruiting within financial services, professional services, or another fast-paced corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience using interview scheduling platforms such as ModernLoop, GoodTime, or Guide.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $90,000
• Target Annual Bonus: $10,000 (discretionary)
• Overtime: Eligible for additional overtime compensation
• Schedule: Hybrid, with 3 days onsite per week in Midtown Manhattan
