If you are passionate about supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and want to work in a collaborative, supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.Accurately collect data and maintain detailed daily session notes.Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions.Provide behavior support and assist with crisis intervention when necessary.Deliver services across home, school, and clinic-based settings.QualificationsActive RBT certification (required).Current BLS/CPR certification.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.What We OfferCompetitive starting pay at $25+ per hour (based on experience, certification year, and other credentials/education)PTO and Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCertification reimbursement.Mileage reimbursement and paid drive time between clients at an administrative hourly rate.Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.At Brightstone Therapy, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services that empower individuals and families to reach their fullest potential.
