Join Pride Health as a Order Filler / Assembly Clerk (Logistics) at Greenfield, IN! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Order Filler / Assembly Clerk (Logistics)

Location: Greenfield IN 46140

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

 

Pay Highlights: $17/hour

• $500.00 Bonus at completion of 90-Days worked

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, assemble, and ship outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Restock inventory and maintain an organized work area.
• Break down bulk inventory into smaller packages for distribution.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Rotate inventory based on receipt and expiration dates to ensure proper stock usage.
• Identify short-dated inventory (less than 90 days of shelf life) and report findings to the Warehouse Manager.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper material handling techniques.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, assembly, inventory, or related work experience preferred.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
