The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. The Central territory is seeking to hire one Account Manager in each of the following locations: Chicago, Illinois; Louisville, Kentucky; and Albuquerque, New Mexico or El Paso, Texas. The person in this role is responsible for sales and support of Aerogen products in assigned region. The Account Manager is responsible for sales and support of Aerogen products in assigned region. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. The Pacific territory is seeking to hire one Account Manager in each of the following locations: Sacramento, California; Los Angeles, California; and Las Vegas, Nevada or Salt Lake City, Utah. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Aerogen’s North America Finance function by ensuring timely and accurate customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation. This position will maintain strong customer relationships, manage AR processes in accordance with company policies, and contribute to an efficient cash collection cycle. The AR Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support revenue accuracy and operational excellence. The person in this role is responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. This role will provide clinical support to our customers and commercial organisation to influence change within accounts. In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills, incumbent must have the ability to tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination with the overall goal to provide best‑in‑class education programs to support our customer’s needs. Department: MedicalAffairs Location: Australia As an Associate Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners across the APAC region. You will help shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the development of business systems solutions and applications, primarily concerning the ERP system and related components. The business applications include ERP system and labelling software, SQL server database management and SQL code writing abilities. Responsible for supporting and enhancing business applications, with a particular focus on the ERP platform (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) and its related systems. This role requires strong SQL expertise to manage databases, develop queries, and optimize performance while ensuring reliable operation of ERP and labelling solutions. The Person in this role is responsible for leading the relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, managing supply orders, and monitoring inventory levels. The Buyer participates in cross functional project teams to co‑ordinate supplier‑related activities. A key role in the Supply Chain, the Buyer has excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance intermediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills, with a strong desire to improve existing processes and systems. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for supporting revenue growth in the assigned region by delivering ongoing customer training and education. This role will provide superior support to our customers and commercial organization to influence change within accounts. In addition to flexibility and critical thinking skills, incumbent must the ability to tackle new challenges with creativity, drive, and determination with the overall goal to provide best‑in‑class education programs to support our customer’s needs. As Manager for Digital Transformation, they will support Aerogen’s digital strategy by driving the adoption, implementation, and optimisation of digital technologies across the organisation. The role delivers cross‑functional digital projects, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs. They will also contribute to Aerogen’s AI roadmap by supporting the evaluation, deployment, and governance of AI solutions in line with regulatory, cybersecurity, and business requirements. The EHS Graduate will play a key supporting role within the Environmental, Health & Safety function, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS systems across the organisation. This position will provide direct support to the wider EHS Team, with exposure to multi‑site operations including Dangan, Parkmore and Shannon. The successful candidate will assist in driving EHS compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and corporate EHS standards. Responsibilities will include coordinating EHS administration, supporting risk management activities, facilitating training, and contributing to both site‑level and global EHS initiatives. This role offers a strong development pathway, providing the graduate with hands‑on practical experience across manufacturing environments and global EHS frameworks. Department: Engineering - Manufacturing and Process Location: Ireland - Shannon The Systems Engineer will lead multi‑disciplinary project teams delivering manufacturing engineering, engineering systems, & digitalisation projects related to MES, ERP and other systems in manufacturing. Close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including IT, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Engineering and Supply Chain, will be vital to deliver projects successfully. Materials and Technology Development, Section Lead Location: Ireland - Galway The Materials and Technology Development, Section Lead will lead the advancement of next‑generation vibrating core technologies, combining early‑stage product innovation with targeted materials exploration and enabling process development. This role will progress new material options and technology concepts through feasibility within Aerogen’s stage‑gated framework, translating promising platforms into scalable, high‑performance medical device solutions. The person in this role is responsible for undertaking activities to bridge the gap between clinical development and commercial aspects of Aerogen’s medical devices. They lead specific medical and clinical evidence/data generation activities, support clinical development strategies, as well as external engagement programs. They are a key contributor to medical education and medical information process. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field‑based scientific expert on their assigned therapy area, disease area, clinical practice and competitor landscape. You will provide non‑promotional medical support externally to ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices. This role is mainly field‑based and involves significant (up to 60%) national and international travel and reports directly to the Head of Medical Affairs Americas. Direct territory responsibility is the South Central territory. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field‑based scientific expert on their assigned therapy area, disease area, clinical practice and competitor landscape. You will provide non‑promotional medical support externally to ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices. This role is mainly field‑based and involves significant (up to 60%) national and international travel and reports directly to the Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager. Direct territory responsibility is in the southeast territory. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field‑based scientific expert on their assigned therapy area, disease area, clinical practice and competitor landscape. You will provide non‑promotional medical support externally to ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices. This role is mainly field‑based and involves significant (up to 60%) national and international travel and reports directly to the Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager. Direct territory responsibility is the Mid‑Atlantic region. Location: USA The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead a sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined region. The RSM will lead the hiring, development, and management of the team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. The Sr. Business Strategy Manager role is a strategic commercial role responsible for Aerogen’s American growth strategy identification, revenue accelerations plans, and leadership within the North American Leadership Team. The role will work in close partnership with both local and global teams to enable the rapid development of strategies, intelligence, programs, and business objectives that propel our business forward now and into the future. Strategic and results‑driven, the Senior Buyer leads high‑stakes supplier negotiations, ensuring optimal value, terms, and long‑term partnerships. Leads the relationship with their suppliers, manages supply orders, and monitors inventory levels. The Senior Buyer participates in project teams to coordinate related supplier activities. We are hiring a Senior Corporate Communications Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping Aerogen’s internal and external communications as we continue to scale. This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership across digital communications, including website content management, social content strategy, campaign delivery, performance metrics and reporting. The role will partner closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, People & OD, Commercial and Operations, supporting integrated communications and ensuring consistent messaging across Aerogen’s global sites. The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing engineering support to existing and new processes to meet Quality, Service and Cost Objectives at the Aerogen Shannon Manufacturing facility. Other activities may be assigned by the Engineering Lead and Production Engineering Manager. The Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs will develop and execute submission delivery plans for global regulatory submissions such as IND annual reports, clinic trial applications, orphan drug designations, Biologic License Applications, CE marking and other marketing applications. The role will assist with health authority interactions on CMC topics, for global, late‑stage investigational products including INDs, IMPDs, clinic trial applications, and marketing applications. The person will serve as the regulatory representative on the clinic trial team and manage all regulatory submissions to maintain regulatory approvals for study execution and adverse event reporting. As a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Japan, you will ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners. You will help shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II (Strategic Regulatory) Department: QA/RA Location: Ireland - Galway Aerogen is Ireland’s largest indigenous Medical Technology company, growing at a rate of 30% per year. It is a market leader in aerosol drug delivery systems and has received numerous Irish MedTech and Respiratory Care Excellence (ARRC) awards since its founding. A regulatory strategy involves bringing new products to market and encompasses the product life cycle, which supports the growth and sustainability of the organisation’s commercial footprint. The importance of defining and executing an appropriate regulatory strategy cannot be underestimated in terms of its value to the organisation. The Senior RA Specialist II will work as part of Aerogen’s Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team and will be involved in establishing and executing regulatory strategies for the organisation. The person in this role will be responsible for key aspects of pharmaceutical development of AeroFact. A key role will be the regulatory authoring and creating a robust BLA submission.
