Front Desk Coordinator & Admin Support

The Cottages Group

The Cottages Group is seeking a customer service oriented Administrative Assistant-Front Desk Coordinator to provide a friendly welcome to visitors and support various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. This full-time role works Monday to Friday, requiring flexibility to accommodate personnel schedules. Responsibilities include performing clerical functions, managing events and appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
