We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.The role is based in Newark, DE, USA (on-site).Where You'll Make a DifferencePerform chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to support product quality and lot releaseExecute laboratory analyses (e.g., viscosity, sieve analysis, moisture content, titration) using approved methods and standard operating proceduresDocument and report results in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Support investigations related to Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and non-conformance eventsContribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements (FDA/USDA), and internal quality standardsMaintain laboratory equipment through calibration, verification, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracyCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Quality teams to resolve issues and support production timelinesParticipate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen food safety and quality systemsWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific field0–2 years of laboratory experience in food, pharmaceutical, or regulated environmentsKnowledge of chemical testing techniques and laboratory instrumentationUnderstanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and data integrity principlesExperience documenting laboratory results and supporting investigationsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPreferred qualifications:Experience working with LIMS systems (e.g., SoftTrace or equivalent)Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)How Would You Stand Out?Experience in food ingredient or food manufacturing environmentsExposure to audits, inspections, or regulatory compliance activitiesDemonstrated ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiativesWhy Choose Us?Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageHealth, wellness, and retirement programsOpportunities for professional development and career growthExposure to global operations and cross-functional teamsInclusive and collaborative workplace cultureCommitment to sustainability, innovation, and employee developmentWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
