Project Manager

Project ManagerArrayo is looking for Project Managers who have a passion for delivering solutions to scientists and healthcare professionals.Arrayo partners with healthcare and life science companies to deliver turnkey solutions to critical data and digital challenges. Successful Project Managers will enjoy working closely with cross functional teams of scientists, clinicians, and technologists to understand their needs. They will have a talent for understanding complex problems and support the design of solutions. They will also be comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:As part of Arrayo's project management team, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, requirements gathering, budget management, and providing visibility and project tracking to upper management and other relevant project stakeholders.Develop and implement a project strategy to meet the goal of our growing organization.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate KPIs.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Requirements:Experience as a Technical Project Manager in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Data Sciences or for Technology customersAn ability to listen to customers, and a genuine interest in understanding their need.Unimpeachable honesty and integrity – we need to trust you to represent Arrayo values and vision to our most important clients.An aptitude for clearly conveying our value proposition to high level decision makers, both in person and over the phone.A focus on building long term relationships.A systematic approach to project management.A motivated, goal orientated project manager.Great intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in solving problems.Excellent communication & written skills.B.S., M.S. in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Data Sciences or a PharmD.
