Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Multifamily Leasing Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we offer comprehensive training and clear pathways for internal advancement.

Qualifications & Core Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking capabilities.
Proven ability to follow detailed operational procedures and follow through on task completion.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office technology.
Ability to quickly learn and strictly adhere to Fair Housing Laws and industry regulations.
Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Respond effectively to inquiries and current residents.
Utilize sales skills to demonstrate market-ready product.
Monitor phone and office walk-in traffic at the property via guest cards and logs.
Prepare reports and communicate with Property Manager on daily activity or ideas to promote leasing results.
Prepare lease renewal notices.
Perform lease administration.
Set up and maintain lease files.
Perform other job-related duties as required.
