Lubricants Packaging Line TechnicianA day in the life

You start your shift by walking the packaging line, confirming safety checks, and reviewing the production schedule. A quick huddle covers the day’s targets and any changeovers ahead. You set up the filling equipment, dial in the parameters for the next product, and keep a close eye on label accuracy and seal quality. Pallets stack up neatly as you monitor throughput and coordinate material flow. Between runs, you perform cleaning tasks to keep the area compliant and efficient. You also operate mobile equipment as needed to move materials, and you participate in safety meetings and complete required training modules to stay current.

What you’ll do

• Run and monitor packaging machinery to achieve production goals.
• Perform product changeovers on filling equipment to support schedule shifts.
• Fill, package, and palletize finished goods with consistent quality.
• Carry out cleaning duties to maintain a safe, orderly workspace.
• Operate mobile equipment to move materials and finished pallets.
• Join safety meetings and complete all required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
