Job Summary:
Bertrand Chaffee Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team on a per diem basis. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room, prioritizing empathy, respect, and compassion for our patients and their families.
Work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide seamless care coordination.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and outcomes.
Requirements:
Current New York State Registered Nurse license
Experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
