Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Clientmind Recruiting is searching for a VP of Cybersecurity and Technology for a global cybersecurity solutions client. This is a full-time position and is 100% remote with up to 25% travel. A Secret clearance or higher is required. Candidates MUST be based in the DC/MD/VA area Position Summary: The VP of Cybersecurity & Technology drives cybersecurity growth, strategy, and service delivery. This role leads a team of approximately 90 cyber professionals serving government and commercial clients. This position manages a diverse federal and commercial project portfolio, assigns resources across the cyber and company-wide projects, and oversees a portfolio that is over $20M in revenue. Accountability spans business development to achieve revenue targets, talent development, cultivating a positive high-performance culture, and managing costs and team utilization to achieve gross margin targets. This person will work daily with their directors and managers to develop solutions for customers and deliver high quality services while adhering to sound business principles. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of approximately 90 cybersecurity professionals, with support from directors and managers Set strategic direction for cybersecurity programs and initiatives aligned with company goals Foster a culture that emphasizes performance, accountability, and professional growth Oversee a portfolio of projects across internal and external initiatives Allocate resources efficiently to meet business needs and project goals Manage a +$20M portfolio, ensuring gross margin is achieved as set by company leadership Business Development: Drive initiatives to expand cybersecurity services across government and commercial sectors Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities Work cross-functionally to support other portfolios and ensure integrated service delivery Cultivate a positive, collaborative environment that aligns with company values Proven record managing large teams and complex, multi-project environments Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience to achieve margin targets Demonstrated success in business development within government and commercial markets to grow revenue Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles as they apply to the ICS/OT environments of company targeted sectors (e.g., Department of Defense, electrical utilities, oil and gas producers, and other critical infrastructure) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with a spectrum of stakeholders including internal technical SMEs, administrative support staff, executives, client decision-makers, and Board of Directors Proactive and inquisitive, committed to continual learning and adapting within fast-evolving industries Demonstrable experience in the field of risk management, with a knack for translating complex cybersecurity requirements to actionable work plans Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in the industry (Desired) Masters in Business Administration or similar advanced degree Desired Certificates:

CISSP

PMP (in lieu of an MBA or similar advanced management degree) Other Requirements: Valid Passport: Possession of a current passport with a minimum of 8 months remaining until the expiration date.
