Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings using software such as Revit.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate project feasibility and gather necessary data.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors to secure the best terms for the project.
• Draft technical documents, including specifications and reports, using tools like Bluebeam.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers to create cohesive designs that enhance the overall aesthetic.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience needed

Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software: Revit and Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
