Comfort Keepers Franchisee Position

Job Responsibilities

Identify, plan, coordinate community-based services for Clients.

In-service training for CNA/Aides.

Conduct in-home visits and assessments.

Maintain Client records.

Conduct skilled service for clients in home:

• Wound care/dressing changes
• Skin Monitoring
• Tube Feeding
• Ostomy and catheter care
• Medication Management
• Insulin/syringe management
• Bowel Management
• Client/Family training

Qualifications

At least 3 years' experience in the health and human services field.

Active RN license, with at least 3 years of experience in Home Health Care.

Experience in social work, home and community-based services, healthcare or geriatrics preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and decision-making.

Valid Driver's License.

CPR/First Aid.

Current TB.
