• Shift: Monday Friday, no weekends or holidays
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• License/Certifications: Valid NP license, BLS certification
• Pay Rate: $115,000 $135,000 annually (pay package discussed upon application)
• Employment Type: Full-time permanent
• Additional: Work in a collaborative urology practice supporting diagnosis, treatment, and care management, with opportunities to assist in surgeries and office procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Assist urology surgeons with diagnosis and treatment planning
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in urologic surgeries and procedures
• Manage postoperative and follow-up care
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatments
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
