Multifamily Preconstruction Estimator

Contract Lumber is seeking a Multifamily Preconstruction Estimator to support our growing multifamily business in Ohio. In this role, you’ll review plans, perform detailed lumber and framing takeoffs, develop accurate material and labor estimates, and prepare competitive proposals for builders and contractors. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and field teams to clarify project scope, value-engineer solutions, and meet deadlines.
