Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, promote independence, and enhance the overall well-being of our patients. This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you can grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
