Seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader for a contract role, the remote position will assess current Agile practices in healthcare IT, develop an enterprise Agile strategy and governance framework, and guide adoption across multiple application teams. Key responsibilities Assess current Agile practices, governance, and organizational maturity Develop the Enterprise Agile Strategy, Governance Framework, and implementation roadmap Provide strategic coaching and guidance to leadership and Agile teams Required qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare IT or enterprise project delivery 5+ years leading Agile transformations and governance initiatives Demonstrated experience developing Agile strategies and governance frameworks Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change
