We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Prelitigation Personal Injury Paralegal to support our growing personal injury team. This role focuses on managing new cases, organizing and maintaining documents, ordering and tracking medical records and bills, and ensuring files are complete and demand-ready. Compensation: $60,000 yearly Responsibilities: Manage a prelitigation caseload from day one through settlement under attorney supervision Maintain proactive communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Request, organize, and review medical records, bills, and supporting case documentation Draft letters of representation, insurance correspondence, and settlement-related documents Track treatment progress, case deadlines, and next steps within Litify/Salesforce Assist attorneys with preparing settlement demand packages and case evaluations Deliver an exceptional client experience through empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism Qualifications: 2+ years of personal injury prelitigation experience preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide compassionate, professional client service during stressful situations Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a sense of urgency Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, and general legal technology tools Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and proactively move cases forward About Company We combine aggressive representation with exceptional client experience and cutting-edge technology to help clients through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
