What You'll Do Install residential heating and cooling systems to company standards Work with furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and refrigerant lines Ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently Test and balance systems for proper operation Mentor and assist junior installers as needed Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Firstratephc
