Overview The role primarily involves representing clients in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including state court receiverships. Desirable experience includes bankruptcy litigation, specifically with avoidance actions. Candidates with completed bankruptcy court clerkships are strongly encouraged to apply.
