Concentra is hiring a Customer Engagement Advocate in Addison, TX. You will use sales skills and product knowledge to onboard existing Strategic and Key Customers, educate decision makers on new lines, and maximize utilization of Concentra products. You will identify growth opportunities and support retention through proactive engagement.
