What You'll Do

As a Client Advisor, you'll help individuals and families explore life insurance options and make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with prospective customers through scheduled appointments, phone calls, and Zoom consultations.
• Learn about customers' needs and goals to help identify appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Explain available coverage options and help customers navigate the application process.
• Build professional relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
• Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
• Manage your schedule, follow up with prospective customers, and work toward performance goals.
• Continue developing your professional skills and explore future opportunities for leadership and team development.

Compensation and Earning Potential:

• Estimated first-year earnings: $70,000-$120,000, based on performance.
• This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
• Earnings depend on individual performance and commissions earned.
• Flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely.
• Potential to grow your income as you develop your skills and business.

Licensing

• An active Life Insurance license is a plus, but it is not required to apply.
• Already licensed? You may be able to begin sooner, subject to applicable licensing and appointment requirements.
• Not licensed yet? We will provide guidance to help you work toward obtaining your state life insurance license.
• Be willing to complete the required licensing steps and training before engaging in activities that require a license.

Who We're Looking For

• Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn online business applications.
• Comfort communicating with prospective customers by phone and video meetings.
• Previous sales, customer service, management, or insurance experience can be helpful, but previous insurance experience is not required.

Remote Work Requirements

To work successfully from home, you must have:

• A suitable environment for professional phone and video consultations.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able and willing to obtain the required state life insurance license.
• Must be proficient in English.
