Our organization is on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic board-certified Internal Medicine educator to become a part of our ambulatory Internal Medicine academic practice. This role presents an exciting chance to join a collaborative team that merges patient care with medical education and research.

• Become an integral part of a foundational practice within the Internal Medicine residency training program , which supports 54 residents, including 30 engaged in continuity practice at our Internal Medicine Group .

• Operate in a community-based, hospital-affiliated environment alongside 9 faculty members and 2 advanced practitioners, dedicated to serving the greater Capital District of Albany, NY .

• Interact with medical students across all four years, as well as physician assistant and pharmacy students .

• Collaborate with the Alden March Bioethics Institute , which is globally recognized for its emphasis on bioethics and works closely with clinician educators.

• Benefit from the support of academic Hospitalist colleagues who manage inpatient admissions.

• A clinician-educator who is enthusiastic about connecting patient care with education and research.

• Experience in teaching primary care and evidence-based medicine at both graduate and undergraduate levels.

• A strong dedication to resident and student education , with responsibilities in continuity precepting and direct patient care.

• A competitive salary range of $191,000-$259,000 based on academic rank, along with additional incentive bonuses.
