Workers Compensation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Workers Compensation Attorney to join their team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, supporting the firm's commitment to client advocacy. Duties Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation. Handle pre-suit matters and assist senior attorneys post-suit. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the legal process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from an accredited institution. Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Minimum of 2 years of workers compensation experience. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter with long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications State Bar Association membership. Skills Strong case management abilities. Effective communication and client service.
