Job Summary: As a Spa Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa by coordinating appointments, assisting guests, and managing administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk in the door. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a serene environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Services:
   • Greet and assist spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
   • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or in person.
   • Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
2. Administrative Tasks:
   • Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
   • Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
   • Manage inventory of retail products and assist with product sales.
3. Communication:
   • Effectively communicate with spa therapists, management, and other staff members.
   • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintaining Spa Ambiance:
   • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
   • Assist in maintaining a serene and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software.
• Passion for health, wellness, and the spa industry.

Schedule:

• Sunday: 8:30a - 4p
• Monday: 9:30a - 6:30p
• Tuesday: 10a - 6p
• Wednesday: 10a - 6p
• Thursday: off
• Friday: off
• Saturday: off
