Executive Search Consultant at The JMJ Phillip Group A prominent commercial landscaping company is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager in the greater Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long‑term partnership. Conduct walkthroughs with clients and company representatives. Sell landscape enhancement services to new and existing clients. Prepare reports and summarize data. Requirements 3+ years of experience in the commercial landscaping industry. Working knowledge of landscape enhancement. Strong customer service and account management skills. Proven ability to succeed in a client‑facing role. Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or landscape architecture preferred.
