Real Estate Company in Bergen County is looking for a Project Manager!
Responsibilities
- Properties in NJ (mostly Bergen, Passaic, Hudson Counties) with apartment complexes.
- Looking for someone who can oversee the maintenance and improvements for these locations.
- Company does their own construction/repairs - might be paint, minor or major repairs, cleaning, etc. before the next tenant can move in.
- Responsible for scheduling subcontractors and coordinating projects/ materials needed.
- Might need to know what paint/color and get it to the contractors, any tools or materials need for the job, handle budgeting for the project, pricing for materials, etc.
- Will be visiting the buildings as well. Will have to drive own vehicle to start (reimburse mileage) then will be provided a company vehicle to drive to the job site.
Requirements
- At least 3-4+ years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Real Estate, Property Management, Construction or related field
- Valid Driver's License!
- Must be able to work overtime including weekends!
- Bilingual preferred but not required
