Quick Facts: Location: Richland, WA (780 Swift Boulevard) Start Date: 08/05/2026 End Date/Duration: Full-time coverage until fully staffed Shift: 7am–7pm, inpatient, overnight call (beeper call) Schedule: 12 hours per day (clinic and inpatient), 7 on/7 off Hours/Week: 84 hours (14 shifts per month) Employment Type: Locum Tenens, potential for permanent transition Licensure/Certs: Active WA medical license, DEA, BC or BE (within 5 years), BLS, ACLS, 150 Urology Cases Experience: Wide range of urology procedures including ureteroscopy with laser and shockwave lithotripsy Pay & Benefits: Pay Package: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application) Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient urology care and perform a wide range of urology procedures Manage overnight beeper call shifts and outpatient consults Contribute to a growing patient base in a diverse community Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to deliver quality patient care What You Need: Valid Washington medical license and DEA registration Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 150 urology surgery case logs Proficiency in ureteroscopy with laser and shockwave lithotripsy Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities About the Assignment: This assignment involves providing inpatient urology care with overnight call coverage at a reputable facility in Richland, WA.
