Job Summary:

Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to diverse patient populations, including both critical and non-critical cases. Deliver evidence-based treatments and diagnostics to improve patient outcomes across all age groups.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures to patients of varying acuity levels.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy in accordance with clinical protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
  
  
• 
  Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT).
  
  
• 
  Possess a valid Oregon Respiratory Care License.
  
  
• 
  Obtain Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate at least two years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
  
  
• 
  Acquire ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications for advanced practice.
