Project Manager

Project Manager – Olive Branch, Mississippi Garver’s Aviation Team has designed projects for more than 250 aviation clients over six decades. We seek a Project Manager to oversee design, planning, funding, and client management services for Commercial Air Service Airports in the Delta Region. Duties and Responsibilities Manage aviation design projects (airside and landside) including new pavement construction, drainage improvements, utility relocation, sustainable design, and pavement rehabilitation. Provide construction administration and oversight for aviation clients. Collaborate and coordinate with multi‑disciplinary design teams (engineers, planners, technicians). Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and funding agencies. Deliver outstanding client service. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET‑accredited program. Licensed Professional Engineer. 4+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably with aviation project experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Working knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Some travel may be required (approximately 10%, occasional overnight). Preferred Skills Project management of construction values up to +$2M. Experience working with a multi‑disciplinary team while overseeing project execution. Experience managing construction projects, preferably at airports. Licensed pilot or other aviation‑related experience.
