(Here's What You'll Bring): Brainpower & Credentials: A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or actively enrolled and completing it!) means you're building on a strong foundation. License to Lead: Current RN licensure in North Dakota (or a compact state where you reside). Life-Saving Certifications: BLS upon hire, plus ACLS, PALS, and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification to prove you're ready for anything.
