Quality Control Engineer

Join our team as a quality control engineer in Fridley, MN! This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Location: Fridley, MN Hours: Monday – Friday, 8-hour days Pay: $28 - $37/hr. – Depending on experience

Duties of the Quality Control Engineer:

Evaluate the quality control process
Test products, systems, and procedures
Create documentation on quality and safety
Work with production teams and customers to resolve issues
Perform hands-on work within the QA labs

Requirements of the Quality Control Engineer:

2+ years of experience as a quality engineer
Knowledgeable in root cause analysis and statistical analysis
Understanding of process or mechanical engineering
Strong print reading and GD&T knowledge
Experience in creating, issuing, and completing tasks related to returned materials, customer complaints, and NCRs
Familiarity with the PPAP process and report writing based on results
