Job Summary:
This Sterile Processing Technician position is located in GRAND JUNCTION, Colorado. The role involves assembling, cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and storing surgical and procedure trays and equipment. The technician will operate sterilization equipment, maintain records, and support the operating room and nursing units by ensuring surgical instruments and medical equipment are properly prepared and available. The position requires adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards to maintain a sterile environment and support patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with availability for evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
• Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1+ years of experience; certification as CRCST through HSPA or CBSPD.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in hospital or clinic operating room.
