Specialty Veterinary Technician Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Brentwood, TN is looking for a Specialty Veterinary Technician Supervisor to support our Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Neurology and Radiology. Qualified applicants will have prior people leadership experience.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
