JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for rental customers, handling inquiries and requests via phone, email, and internal channels.
• Coordinate rental operations by managing reservations, scheduling Equipment Movement Records (EMRs) through dispatch, and monitoring rental duration timelines.
• Support the sales team by providing rental fleet solutions and assisting with customer equipment needs.
• Monitor heavy rental demand and fleet availability to help optimize equipment utilization and customer service.
• Maintain rental workspace systems and records, ensuring workflows remain organized, accurate, and efficient.
• Assist with invoicing and the management of loaner and demo equipment while supporting day-to-day rental operations.
• Complete required training, special projects, and additional assignments as directed by the Operations Manager to support evolving business needs and professional growth.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and ERP systems, with the ability to access, update, and manage business data efficiently; basic knowledge of construction equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey information clearly both verbally and in writing while working effectively with colleagues, teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a commitment to accuracy, quality, continuous improvement, and delivering positive experiences for both internal and external customers.
