Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Scheduling

• Oversee roofing projects from job launch through final completion
• Schedule installations, inspections, material deliveries, and crew assignments
• Coordinate project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed based on weather, materials, or labor availability

Crew & Subcontractor Management

• Manage roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
• Confirm crews are properly scheduled, equipped, and informed prior to project start
• Conduct regular job site visits and quality control inspections
• Resolve field issues quickly and effectively

Material & Vendor Coordination

• Order and coordinate delivery of roofing materials and equipment
• Maintain vendor relationships and supplier communication
• Verify materials match job specifications and budgets
• Track inventory and minimize waste or delays

Customer Communication

• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners/customers during production
• Provide project updates, scheduling notifications, and completion timelines
• Address customer concerns and ensure strong customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building code requirements
• Verify permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are completed
• Conduct final walkthroughs and punch list completion

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Track project budgets, labor costs, and production profitability
• Approve invoices, work orders, and subcontractor payments as needed
• Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and job records in CRM/project management systems

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing production, project management, or operations experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing systems
• Experience managing subcontractors and installation crews
• Strong scheduling, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and material orders
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with CRM/project management software, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with storm restoration and insurance-related roofing claims
• Knowledge of supplements, change orders, and production workflow optimization
• OSHA or safety certification preferred
