This position is based on-site and involves implementing occupational therapy treatment plans that emphasize activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional skills for seniors residing in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute therapeutic interventions as outlined in OT treatment plans.
• Document care and progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Participate in care planning to ensure comprehensive resident support.
• Provide education to residents and their families regarding therapy processes and goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
