Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow‑up. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Collaborate with the agent to support local community events. Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success. Requirements Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills. People-oriented and customer-focused mindset. Well‑organized with the ability to multi‑task effectively. Self‑motivated and proactive problem‑solver. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
