Server Administrator

Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Server Administrator in Austin, TX to support and maintain a secure server environment. This individual will be responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting server issues, and providing Tier II support for outages and performance problems. They will install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, manage virtual machines, and apply patches and security updates. The role includes supporting infrastructure projects such as OS upgrades and server consolidations, maintaining documentation, and partnering with networking and security teams to ensure system reliability and compliance. This position also supports security hardening efforts, audit readiness, and disaster recovery activities. This role offers a compensation range of $95-110k, depending on experience.
