Are you: smart, hungry, and humble? If so, please read on... Candidates must hold a valid architectural license in at least one US state. A minimum of 3 years' experience is required. This is design-build. You MUST be able to perform daily work in a hybrid environment including cross-functional, general-contracting, construction team members.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architect to design and run projects within a fast-paced construction environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Brand and cultural advocate who champions the organization's core values
• Produce design projects from start to finish including proposal, pre-concept, concept, schematic design, design development, contract documents, and contract administration
• Draw, create, and model projects in Revit
• Finish in-process design projects in any design phase to completion or partial progress for completion by others
• Develop designs from senior design staff
• Audit and analyze projects for code-compliance
• Review work of other team members for accuracy and quality
• Maintain construction budget compliance through careful coordination with estimators
• Provide project consultancy and recommendations for construction project managers and superintendents
• Periodic travel

Qualifications

Required Experience & Education

• 3 years of experience
• Professional degree in Architecture
• Certification as a licensed professional
• Revit

Work Environment

• Full time in-office environment with regular interaction with field personnel
• Fast-paced construction environment with changing workforce needs
