Role Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house legal team at a growing SaaS company. This role will serve as a key operational partner to a lean legal department, supporting a broad range of commercial and compliance matters. What You’ll Do Commercial Contract Support Support attorneys throughout the contract lifecycle, including version control, tracking, and execution Assist with review and preparation of NDAs, contract amendments, and other commercial agreements Assist with vendor and customer agreement management Contract & Legal Operations Management Maintain and manage Company’s contract database, ensuring agreements are properly stored and metadata is accurate and up to date Organize and oversee legal files, repositories, and internal tracking systems Assist with entity compliance and corporate maintenance across multiple domestic and foreign jurisdictions Cross-Functional & Operational Support Partner with teams across the organization to provide legal documentation and support responses #J-18808-Ljbffr
