If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.ResponsibilitiesExperience delivering and managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects with partial responsibility for budget, schedule, contract obligations, and quality standardsAbility to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraintsAssist with coordinating sub-consultant workMay serve as project manager on small to medium sized projects and would assume all project manager responsibilities.Assist project manager with the planning, scheduling, coordinating, supervising, and reviewing of the work of the project team, including: environmental, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation/controls engineers; drafters, technicians; technical experts; and subconsultantsAssist project manager with meeting budget, schedule, and quality goalsPerform data analysis, system modeling, and hydraulic calculations to size and select facilitiesContribute to a culture of effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholdersDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, especially at the staff levelAssist with proposal preparation, including development of scopes of work and engineering fee estimatesProvide on-the-job training and mentoring of project staff and entry level engineersQualifications10-15+ years of experience delivering and managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects with partial responsibility for budget, schedule, contract obligations, and quality standardsDegree in civil or environmental engineering or related engineering fieldRegistration as a Professional Engineer Ability to apply critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques to develop options and recommendations to solve technical problemsActive in professional associations, including attendance and participation in local, regional, and national conferencesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with clients and project teamsWork well in a team environmentHighly motivated and self-startingProficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree preferred.Compensation Range An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.Other Compensation and BenefitsCarollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
