Role Responsibilities Offer comprehensive medical care to individuals and families at all stages of life, from children to seniors. Address chronic illnesses, preventive measures, acute health issues, and mental wellness through a patient-centric lens. Perform physical assessments, interpret diagnostic data, and create individualized care plans. Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to ensure complete patient care. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to keep precise and current patient information. Provide both in-person and virtual care options to meet diverse patient needs and preferences. Education Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the relevant board. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Texas medical license. Certifications in BLS and ACLS are preferred but not mandatory. Skills and Experience Exceptional clinical and diagnostic abilities focused on preventive and proactive care. Familiarity and comfort with value-based care methods and a commitment to continuous improvement. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
