Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the relevant board.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Texas medical license.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS are preferred but not mandatory.
